Baltimore should install more speed cameras. This will cut down on speeding and increase Baltimore's revenue. Baltimore government should provide small and local businesses with government contractors opportunities.

The comments on addressing population change cover most of the recommendations that could make a difference in the City's population trends - crime, education, transportation, attracting/supporting economic forces to grow jobs, targeted development. It would be useful for the Planning Department to organize and focus the areas of thought in these comments.. More recognized concerns (crime, education, etc. ) may already have recently adopted or accepted strategies. The topic of target development needs careful thinking to devise a successful strategy and would benefit from concentrated attention in this process.
